Membership Sales Advisor – Northwood – £14k – 16k per year + OTE £20K – £22K

Sales Advisor

Up to £16K OTE £22K + Benefit’s Gym Membership, child care vouchers, full training.

Our client, a market leading Health Club chain is offering an exciting opportunity for driven, passionate and motivated individuals who want to succeed in a long term career in the Health and Fitness industry.

We are looking for candidates who have had experience of targets in a sales environment, who are passionate about selling and have been successful in a face to face and telephone environment. You would have preferably come from a Health and Fitness background, although other applicants with similar sales and targets experience will be strongly accepted.

Job Role

Strive to maximise club revenue through actively recruiting new members
Achieve and exceed membership sales and revenue targets
be proactive in generating leads from within and outside the Club
Sell memberships professionally and with integrity
Work as part of the team.
Support, mentor and motivate your colleagues on an ongoing basis as you strive towards being a successful department
