Spa Manager – London – £25,000

Our client is a leading Spa and Salon with over 20 sites in the UK has an exciting opportunity for a Salon/Spa Manager.

The desired candidates will have previous experience as a Salon/Spa Manager working within a busy Salon/Spa. You will possess excellent management skills and be able to drive the business forward by reviewing and understanding financials including profit and loss accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

• Review profit and loss accounts
• Recruitment and retention of team members
• Review and appraise team members
• Achieving revenue targets
• Training to develop team members
• Immaculate presentation of yourself and team members
• Ensure all team members follow the correct operating procedures
• Organise local and regional promotions and monitor effectiveness of these campaign
• Produce effective rota’s
