Sales Executive – Brighton – £18k – 22k per year + OTE £32000

Sales Executive up to £22K Ote £32K
 
 
We are looking for enthusiastic sales people to join a growing international IT software company, based in Brighton. With the launch of their new products on the horizon they are now looking to increase the executive team to generate new business sales.
 
You will be used to working in a targeted environment, have 2 years sales or Account Management experience, ideally within the IT industry or have an interest in IT.  You will have a passion for generating new business and building relationships with key clients. You will have excellent presentations skills as on site demonstration will be required.

Full clean driving licence is a must!

The following skills & experience is essential:

Proven track record of generating new business
Strong relationship builder
Tenacious, disciplined & focused
Exceptional communication skills
Highly motivated, proactive & confident
Ability to work on own initiative
Willing to work as part of a team
Target driven

Membership Sales Advisor – Hove – £12k – 14k per year + OTE £20K – £22K

Our client, a market leading Health Club chain is offering an exciting opportunity for driven, passionate and motivated individuals who want to succeed in a long term career in the Health and Fitness industry.

We are looking for candidates who have had experience of targets in a sales environment, who are passionate about selling and have been successful in a face to face and telephone environment. You would have preferably come from a Health and Fitness background, although other applicants with similar sales and targets experience will be strongly accepted.

Job Role

Strive to maximise club revenue through actively recruiting new members
Achieve and exceed membership sales and revenue targets

HR Business Partner – Guildford – £25k – 30k per year + Car Allowance + Bonus

HR Business Partner circa £25K + Car Allowance, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays + Bonus.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of my client in the beauty industry. They pride themselves on having an innovative concept to beauty therapy and have a vision of being trusted leaders within the beauty industry.
You will be working in our Salon Support Centre and will report directly to the HR & Payroll Manager. Your role will require you to provide an allround HR service by driving performance and productivity in their  sites by supporting the Regional and Salon Managers within the business with all aspects of HR. Your main accountabilities will lie with recruiting and resourcing the right staff for their 22 sites whilst also assisting with more day-to-day people management issues.
Ideally you should be working towards a recognised HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) and have the flexibility to travel within the UK with the occasional overnight stay.
The right candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, be a team player and have the ability to work on their own initiative.
