All Skin Care Experts must have an NVQ3 or equivalent qualification before they can offer treatments.
·         As Deputy Manager you will be required to assist the Spa/Salon Manager in his or her day-to-day duties, or in his or her absence you may be requested to carry out a number of his or her duties. These duties could include recruitment, dealing with customer complaints, organising team rotas, or any other duties requested by your Regional Manager.

The position will be a combination of sales and operations with significant responsibility for running the centre and managing and directing a team of full and part time reception, bar, security staff and referees.  You will be tasked with driving new business to maximise income at all times. Whilst there are a huge number of incoming enquiries to work with you will be tasked with specific proactive business development with a particular focus on targeting both corporate and individual businesses as well as promoting the centres in both sporting and social circles.  The evenings are the busiest times operationally and as such you will have responsibility across all areas of the centre, be responsible for cashing up, closing the centre and dealing with all health and safety issues.
The role will be ideally suited to an existing Duty Manager at a leisure or hospitality venue or a Senior Sales consultant looking for a more varied working environment. We are keen to talk to candidates with presence, well-developed leadership skills, strong administration and customer service skills with an ambition to further their career and progress within the company.

Key duties and responsibility will include:

  • Servicing club members through personal training sessions

The ideal candidate:
  • Must have Level 3 qualification in personal training / fitness instruction
  • Hold a valid first aid qualification
