Our client, a market leading Health Club chain is offering an exciting opportunity for driven, passionate and motivated individuals who want to succeed in a long term career in the Health and Fitness industry.

We are looking for candidates who have had experience of targets in a sales environment, who are passionate about selling and have been successful in a face to face and telephone environment. You would have preferably come from a Health and Fitness background, although other applicants with similar sales and targets experience will be strongly accepted.

Job Role

Strive to maximise club revenue through actively recruiting new members
Achieve and exceed membership sales and revenue targets
be proactive in generating leads from within and outside the Club
Sell memberships professionally and with integrity
Work as part of the team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of my client in the beauty industry. They pride themselves on having an innovative concept to beauty therapy and have a vision of being trusted leaders within the beauty industry.

You will be working in our Salon Support Centre and will report directly to the HR & Payroll Manager. Your role will require you to provide an allround HR service by driving performance and productivity in their sites by supporting the Regional and Salon Managers within the business with all aspects of HR. Your main accountabilities will lie with recruiting and resourcing the right staff for their 22 sites whilst also assisting with more day-to-day people management issues.

Ideally you should be working towards a recognised HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) and have the flexibility to travel within the UK with the occasional overnight stay.

The right candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, be a team player and have the ability to work on their own initiative.

Assistant Manager – Bexleyheath – up to £20k + Bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an assistant manager in a well-established Complex. The centre comprises of state of the art outdoor pitches, a fully licensed bar and function room. The position will be a combination of sales and operations with significant responsibility for running the centre and managing and directing a team of full and part time reception, bar, security staff and referees. You will be tasked with driving new business to maximise income at all times. Whilst there are a huge number of incoming enquiries to work with you will be tasked with specific proactive business development with a particular focus on targeting both corporate and individual businesses as well as promoting the centres in both sporting and social circles. The evenings are the busiest times operationally and as such you will have responsibility across all areas of the centre, be responsible for cashing up, closing the centre and dealing with all health and safety issues.

The role will be ideally suited to an existing Duty Manager at a leisure or hospitality venue or a Senior Sales consultant looking for a more varied working environment. We are keen to talk to candidates with presence, well-developed leadership skills, strong administration and customer service skills with an ambition to further their career and progress within the company.
