So where did it all start?
It was over lunch that Marc and Jon were discussing the importance of finding the time to recruit the right candidates in their respective industries whilst still managing employees and delivering the bottom line for their companies.
It was at this time they began to discuss ideas for their own business. They envisaged a company that would bring together their experiences and form a Consultancy offering solutions for recruitment, promotional personnel and sales training.
They then went on to cement this idea with the launch of Starc Solutions Limited, a business that works in partnership with their clients to mentor, train and recruit the best permanent, temporary and contract candidates in the Leisure and IT industries.
