Spa Manager – Up to £25K
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Spa Manager to join an exciting chain of Spa’s within a leading brand.
Reporting directly into the Regional Manager, you will be expected to plan, organise, control and lead the operation of a salon/spa in order to achieve the sales and profit targets and standards of excellence. You will be responsible for;
You will be responsible for operations for the overall leadership and management of the Spa, including operations, programming, sales, promotion, development and staffing ensuring it provides excellent customer service whilst achieving business, income, financial and operational targets.
Requirements:-
- A proven track record and experience of managing a Spa facility
- Hold a professional beauty qualification, ie NVQ Level 3 (as you will be expected to carry out treatments from time to time)
- Have experience of managing budgets
- Be customer and business driven
- Be able to deliver a high quality service through competent and motivated staff
