Our client is a leading Spa and Salon with over 20 sites in the UK has an exciting opportunity for a Salon/Spa Manager.
The desired candidates will have previous experience as a Salon/Spa Manager working within a busy Salon/Spa. You will possess excellent management skills and be able to drive the business forward by reviewing and understanding financials including profit and loss accounts.
Responsibilities will include:
- Review profit and loss accounts
- Recruitment and retention of team members
- Review and appraise team members
- Achieving revenue targets
- Training to develop team members
- Immaculate presentation of yourself and team members
- Ensure all team members follow the correct operating procedures
- Organise local and regional promotions and monitor effectiveness of these campaign
- Produce effective rota’s
