A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a leading chain in the UK as a Sales Advisor. Past experience is not essential as the client will provide comprehensive training. If you are an ambitious, target driven, dedicated and motivated individual seeking career opportunities then this could be for you. You must have a full clean driving licence and be able to work shifts and most weekends. In return the company offer a great career progression with a large focus on individual development.
Aspects of the Role
- Strive to maximise club revenue through actively recruiting new members
- Achieve and exceed membership sales and revenue targets
- Be proactive in generating leads from within and outside the Club
- Sell memberships professionally and with integrity
- Work as part of the team.
- Support, mentor and motivate your colleagues on an ongoing basis as you strive towards being a successful department
EXPERIENCE
- Be passionate about selling
- Be a committed and determined individual who is motivated by working within a team
- Target driven
- Have exceptional communication skills
- No experience necessary – full training given
